Welcome to the Rowan University Ice Hockey official website! Home of the Division II Profs and a representative of Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Hockey. The University is located in the greater Philadelphia area in Glassboro, New Jersey just over the Delaware River and just 45 minutes from the shore.
- CELEBRATING 35 YEARS
This year Rowan Ice Hockey is celebrating its 35th season after the programs inception in 1976. Keep following the team for upcoming events.
- SENIOR NIGHT
The 2012 Senior Night is set for Saturday, February 4 against Saint Joseph's. We will be honoring all our graduating seniors for their contributions to the team and the university. The pep band will be in the house. Start time 8:15 PM.
- TRAVEL IN STYLE
Among Rowan Ice Hockey's perks for the last two years is their own Rowan Bus. The team travels on the bus equipped with the latest gadgets to all away games. It's just another addition to the many resources including their own locker room facility that makes Rowan a great place to play.
- UNIVERSITY NEWS
Rowan University has been expanding with new buildings and beautification projects as the current Quintessential College Town project called Rowan Boulevard gets ever closer to completion. The school has also been granted a new four year medical school in partnership with Cooper Hospital. For more information you can go HERE.
- UNIVERSITY NEWS
Rowan University has again been ranked among the best in the nation as it received the 23rd spot in the annual "America's Best Colleges" issue of US News & World Report. This is the 11th straight year Rowan has been on the top list and is also on the Princeton Review's "Best Northern College" list. For more information you can go HERE.

NEWS & HIGHLIGHTS
The Rowan Profs have only 2 more regular season games left before they hit the playoffs. These last 2 are very important as it will decide their playoff positioning. After a close loss to top seeded Penn State, Rowan hopes to make out better this weekend as they battle Temple and Saint Joseph's. Friday, February 3, the Profs head up to the Northeast SkateZone to battle the Owls for a 9:20 pm puck drop. Then Saturday, for their last home game of the season the Hawks come to town.
Rowan Ice Hockey will have their 2012 Senior Night this weekend on Saturday, February 4. The team will be honoring all the graduating seniors who have played and gave back to this team and the university. We will be honoring captains Colin Davis and Robert DeSimone; forwards Lou DeSimone and Vincent Inneo; defenseman Bobby Davis; and goaltender Dan Kelchner. Festivities and game time is slated for 8:15 PM.
The third annual outdoor classic was again a big success. We want to thank everyone who came to support the team during a great event and we can't wait to do it again next year! The recap of the game will be posted soon.
Rowan is celebrating their 35th Anniversary during the 2011/2012 season. It has been a great 35 years and we hope to continue the great tradition moving forward.

Rowan had their first annual Alumni Weekend in October 2008 which was a big success and is now an annual event. For 2011, Alumni Weekend was held during the weekend of September 30th.
