Rowan sustains an OT lost and rebounds vs Kutztown
Rowan traveled to Lehigh Valley to face Muhlenberg in their second meeting of the season. Although the Profs were victorious in their first meeting, they knew this one was going to be hard. With 4 key players sidelined do to injuries the Profs had to shuffle their lineup. Rowan took two leads during the game, a three goal lead in the second and two goal lead in the third, both times not being able to sustain it by struggling to play four-on-four and continuously forcing plays. The Profs had a great opportunity in overtime with a Fred Brewer breakaway but his miss turned into an odd-man rush the other way with the eventual game winner. The final score in the see-saw game was 9-8.Their home game against Kutztown University saw another key player leaving the game early although Rowan kept up it's pressure to eventually win the game 9-2. Rowan still down from the night before defeat, they hope to turn it around when they face CW Post on December 8th. Rowan is now 13-2-1-1 overall and 7-0-0-1 in their conference.
